• We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan.
• International shipping is available to selected countries. Please contact us for confirmation before placing an order.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days (depending on your location).
• International Orders: 7-21 business days (may vary due to customs clearance).

Shipping Charges

• Within Pakistan: Standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
• International Shipping: Charges depend on destination and package weight. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
• You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or app.

Packaging & Safety

• All Attars are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery and prevent leakage or damage.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures for quick resolution.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable in their country.
