At Az Zahra Aromatics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• For hygienic and safety reasons, opened or used Attars cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging for quick verification.
• Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return of products.
